A student in the school of patience

I have not been endowed with an abundance of patience. It’s one of those character traits that I will take a lifetime to perfect.

I realise how important it is to have patience when raising children but I find it incredibly difficult at this time when I’m feeling like I do.

Your children are constantly watching you and how you react to them. They don’t say it but they take everything in without you realising it. Being a parent is a scary process and sometimes I feel like I’m on the losing end.

I’m always trying to think of tools to be a better parent and as my children grow up I realise that the most important person to work on is myself.
